To whom, it may concern, iwas trying to apply for an apt. for me and my daughter,and i was denied because the old complex i use to stay in is trying to say that i owe them money witch is not true. and they say that they can not prove when i left so what do i do.

Send them a written letter stating what you told us? I think that's a good idea don't you? It's a start...
