I had a questions regarding my recent situation. I have been married for 21 years and my youngest just turned 18y. The marriage has been over so to speak for a long time but tried to keep things together for the kids. about a week ago, we had a pretty bad fight and I left to sleep at a friends house till things cool down. After talking to her, she informed me that she doesnt want me to come back. Seeing that we both agree we shouldn't be togther what rights do i have, and should I go back to a hostile situation.

A side note I would not put it past here to bruise herself and try and say it was me. What should I do..

You have the right to live in the marital home until a judge orders otherwise. You also have the right to file for divorce. If you don't think it's wise to live with your wife at this time, then don't. If you need anything from the house, take a friend or two as witnesses.
