Short and to the point:

My boss raised his voice to me and I asked him not to, then he started making me feel uncomfortable for asking him this, and I started tearing up, and said "I needed a minute alone." He walked away and said, "Yeah, you do" I said "This is what I am talking about" (as far as him making me feel bad)This made tears pour down my face.

He pulled me aside a few minutes later, and I explained that I felt belittled, he asked me if I really felt that way and I said, "yes" then he later went on my computer screen and tranfered all my tables over (I work in a restraunt) and made me leave immediately, when someone stopped to ask me a question he interrupted us and aggresively told me to leave.

I think I am going to get fired for this....is this legal?

P.S. I've heard that in California after three years at single job one is no longer an "at will employee." Is this true? I've been with this company for almost seven years.
