I Owe A Man Some Money For Deal That Didnt Happen. He Wants His Money Back And Willing To Do So But Can I Write On The Back Of The Check "by Cashing This Check Depositor Releases Me Of All Liability Regarding Any Verbal Or Written Agreement?" By Cashing This Check Will That Eliminate My Obligation And/or Possible Litigation? Or Is There A Better Way To Write This.
