My son and his friends had a party at my house. Apparently they ended up drinking. I was not aware of this. One of the moms of the son is threatening to sue me. How much time does she have untill she can sue? And if she does sue, what are the problems I can get into?
Also if I was aware they were drinking what kind of trouble can I get into?
I am most worried about how much time does she have till she can't take any legal matters into this. Please a lawyer or a officer help(Or anyone that knows what there talking about)

I'm from Texas. No one was hurt at the party. And I was aware he had friends over.
And yes I was at the party.
Remember, nothing bad happened. No one drove home or anything. They got drunk and that's it.
