Here is the story, I am a photographer and I took a job back to 22 Nov.09. After I handed over the photo cd to the groom and bride, the bride using a different name to post a negative review on yelp.com. I know I am not perfect. But she complainted that I was lazy on that day and didn't do any work after the party started. I can't accept such complaint that I didn't do. Here is the question of legal ramifications? What is my rights here? And what can I do? I have all the pics supporting that she is lying in this complaint. Although this pics is in digital format, I can edit the picture, but can't change the shooting date which attached to the pictures.

She has the right to her opinion, as do you.
I see no legal action for you to pursue.
Sometimes it is best to agree to disagree.
That is what i suggest you do in this case.

Move on, and keep doing good work.
Good work defeats any criticism she might have against you.
Do good work and get people to say good things.
Ask them and most people will write you a positive review, if you've done what they've contracted you to do!

Thank you army judge,
One more question, a person paid 100 dollars to buy a gift basket from a florist, later she complainted that she paid 120 for a trash basket and told everyone in the neighborhood the florist selling trash. What can the florist do?

I'd say that florist just got free advertising and expanded his offerings.

He's also a great salesman.

Getting someone to pay $120 for a trash can, yikes!!!

The dude is a super salesman.

He could sell ice to Eskimoes!!!
