This gal that I met spoke very badly behind my back and caused me much suffering for her actions and remarks. It hurt my relationships with other friends. This was done to me because I was not interested to be anything more than a friend to her. 'I hurt, now you hurt' was her remark because she felt rejected and wanted me to hurt as she felt. She has money and friends in high places and very persuasive.
My question is this: If I were to create a website in her name and posted remarks contradicting her accusations regarding my character would I be in any way legally in the wrong? That is, if I posted my experience in dealing with her since we met and also posted others persons chat's conversations with me about her character. Like testimonials. Documentation with supporting information to back up my statements, is that against the law? Also, she had a limited tort against her where she was the defendant. She settled on the matter. If I posted the information which is available on a county website from the courts, would I be in trouble for this? It's public record, so i can't imagine I would be. Also, if I were to post her address, which is available to the public online white pages would that be illegal?
Now I am not asking whether or not it is nice of me to do it, I am asking if from a legal standpoint would I be liable?
