I have a question reguarding what to do when u need to have a case reviewed in a higher court system ... it was tried in a county courtsystem. IE; FEDERAL, SUPREME? THANK U
It depends on the type of case. Usually, the first step would be to appeal the court's decision to an immediately higher court. Which higher court would depend on whether your matter was heard by a Minor Court, or a Court of Common Pleas. If a Minor Court, you generally appeal to the Superior Court; if a Minor Court, you generally appeal to a Court of Common Pleas. Information on appeals should be available at your local court or on their website.I have a question reguarding what to do when u need to have a case reviewed in a higher court system ... it was tried in a county courtsystem.
