Legally Liable

The rental agreement has me and my wife as the tenants of the condominium. I signed the agreement but my wife has not. Will the landlord be able to enforce the agreement and make me liable for one year even though my wife has not signed the agreement?

Also, the landlord did not mention before the signing of agreement that Satelite Dish is not allowed in the complex.

Why shouldn't the landlord be able to enforce the full lease agreement against you since you signed it? Regarding a satellite dish, that's your question you need to ask before you move in. How is the landlord supposed to know your intentions? Best of luck.
