Hi . I Am Renting A Small Lot From Someone That I Have My Own Mobile Home On.
There Are Two Pipes That Run From The Towns Water Meter. One Belongs To The Town The Other Belongs To The Property Owner. The One That Belongs To The Property Owner Has Been Coming Unhooked Repeatedly, They Have Been Getting A Non Plumber To Work On It Cheap Labor That Usua;yy Cost That 20.00
Well The Last Time This Happened The Pipe Had A Hole In It This Resulte Din 1 500.00 Waterbill For Me. Now Because The Water Bill Is In The Name Of The Person Who Lives There I Have To Make Sure That It Is Paid But I Believe That That Pipe That Belongs To The Landlord Makes Them Responsible For The Water Leakage Therefore Liable For The Bill. Thsi Last Time They Actually Called A Real Plumber Who Fixed It. The Town I Live In Agrees That She Should Be Made To Reimburse Me For What I Have Pd For So Far And The Remainder Of Whats Left. I Am Hoping That This Is Correct. Ive Lived Here For 5 Yrs.thank You.
