My lender told me that I had to sell my mobile home as a condition to closing on my loan. I was emailed that was the only condition and once satisfied, I could close on my loan. Now that I have met the condition, the lender is dragging its feet and I still don't know when I am closing. I would like to know what is my next step because the lender is not returning my phone calls.
