I live in Ohio my ex-husband signed papers to give up his parental rights on 7-11-11 and my current husabnd is going to adopt my daughter how long does my ex have to change his mind if he decides to

What is it that the ex signed? Something more significant than a note?
He can't simply give up his rights to the child without court action.

He can change his mind at any time up until your current husband has legal guardianship awarded by the court.
