I have a letter of Instruction that has PDf Files that the employer will not sent to me. They were devously put on as attachments. Can I use the freedom of information act to get these files. And what is legal when attaching files. I also want to void this "contract" letter of Instruction they said in the letter to call any time now they are telling me not to file. And where can I get a free or low cost lawyer to look at these contracts

You can download Adobe software with which you can read the PDF attachments here:

The law cares not how files are sent.
You can politely request the files to be sent via snail mail in hard copy.
Most people would honor such a request.

As far as a lawyer, just Google them in your area.
