My co-worker, yea I know, but it is her. Her son has muliple MIPA and one extreme DUI arrest in Az. He is pending court in Pima County for the one MIPA and extreme DUI. He was released on his own recognizance stipulating he obey all Az laws. He was cited again the past weekend for MIPA in another county. This occurred at his father's home, an ATTORNEY, who from what my co-worker states drinks with his 19 year old son regularly. He supposedly took him to Vegas after his last arrest for a drinking trip.
She is concerned about her liability if she does not inform Pima County of his violation of the terms of the release. The locally retained attorney did not broach that topic. Waht should she do?
