If I had two consultant psychiatrists who sent letters to my doctor and other services and in those letters were false and inaccurate statements about me, are they accountable by law, if I take them to court?

You have an absolute right to take any dispute to court. You also must prove what you allege. Proof in a case such as you describe requires expert testimony.

You'll need to hire a couple psychiatrists to support your allegations. That'll cost you about $25,000 EACH, PLUS THEIR EXPENSES!

Of course, that won't guarantee you'll win, but at least a judge and jury will attend to your grievances.
