I worked for a Temp service in July and was terminated from my old position because they were caught for cheating people out of money. I haven't talked to anyone until August 15. I texted the office staff lady to asks was I terminated from there company or just the assignment. She texted me back saying just from the assignment. My daughter got a job through them. I spoke with her supervisor and was told when business picks up he would request for me to come to work with them.
On September 11, I received a call from the temp agency stating that I butt dialed them at 6:00 pm, so instead of him calling my phone he calls my daughter phone. I spoke with a male I've never met. He called my daughter phone at 7:30pm, after office hours. He stated that if I called their company he would have me arrested for harassment. I never called them not once.
Now I feel threatened, can't sleep, nervous because I have no idea what they are capable of. If he can make up a lie out the sky. He could make up anything to have me arrested. What should I do? Or do I have a lawsuit for tortious interference?

On September 12 , my daughter received a text message from the temp agency stating that they apology for the bosses, mistake.he was under pressure that day. I know longer work for the company. And thanks for the response.
