Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft LIFTING

I was caught shopfting for the first time ever in GA... The merchandise came up to $138, I was arrested and given a court date once I was relased... My quuestion is if I go to court and pled not guilty wat wil happen???? Do they bring avideo tocourt of you stealing the merchndise????????? What should I do? HELLLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!

If you fight charge (your right) the Prosecution can bring any and alll evidence against you. This includes video. That being said it would be wise for you see consultations with local Attorneys and when you do this ask them about Diversion as plea option
