I was wondering if there has been anything on the sentencing with lsd in a liquid form.. Does 3 vials (300 hits)of lsd, an amount of 1,500.00 actually bring a 10 year mandatory minimum? Has there ever been a case that's won in federal court on making them use the actual amount of lsd "pure lsd" to determine the sentence like in Morgan vs. United States? I need some help on this..
