I signed a listing contract with a real estate agent 1 week ago to sell our property. We had been pre-approved for another house but that financing has fallen through. We are able to get out of that contract ecause of a contingency. Will there be legal fees for getting out of a listing contract when we are unable to move now? I don't see anything in the contract about it but the contract is good for 6 months. Please help!!!

You don't need to incur legal fees to break the contract, you can do that yourself. If you no longer want to list with the agent, tell them. Whether there is a penalty for breaking the contract depends on the terms of the agreement and what the agent decides to do. You might still be on the hook for something.
