live in boyfriend

I have a friend in South Carolina that has a boy friend living with her. She doesnt want him living there anymore. She is buying the house and his name is not on any of the bills. Does she have to go through the process to eveict him or can she just tell him to pack his stuff and leave and if he doesnt have to authorities remove him?

She can certainly request he leave but if he refuses she will need to take legal action to remove him. Now you say she is "buying" the house this means I assume she ha snot yet bought it. The owner would need to take th elegal action to remove him until such time as she owns home

She is the owner of the house, I miss worded what I had said. Is she required to file to have him evicted or can she just tell him to pack up and leave?
