LLC/DBA naming issue.

Can an LLC use the word "Company" in their name?
How about an LLC operating under a DBA that contains the word "Company"?

(Example: Jim's Boat Company, LLC. or just "Jim's Boat Co.")

It should not present a problem as far as I know. You cannot use the word "Incorporated" if the company is not incorporated.
