LLC dissolved. Employee is owed back pay and has taken owner of LLC to Small claims court and won a judgement against the dissolved LLC. However the owner is appealiing the decision. LLC was dissolved in February. Employee had been making payment on a laptop that supposedly belonged to employer. Employer had cashed checks after dissolution of LLC.
Can owner be held reliable for employees wages that he has admitted were earned by the employee in small claims court? When a LLC dissolves what are the obligation toward waged owed to employees?

A: If the LLC has no assets, then you are SOL (which does not stand for statute of limitations).
