Hello I have a question about recovery. I had a loan from my young college years that has caught up with me. I was contacted by Redline Recovery and they said that is I did not make this payment that I will be sued. I made the first payment but I can not afford to take the the laon amount on because one I work 10 months not 12 and to my account is already overdraft and that is the last thing I need is more overdrafts. I closed the agreement that I had with them and the said that they would send it to the attorneys to see what they will do. Is this something that I will go to jail for/ how will they handle this? Also I'm still current in school gaining another degree hoping that I can go and get my Masters, plus my credit is bad. Will I be able to get the masters loan and will this situation hurt me. I just don't want to go to jail for not paying a bill. What can I do? I just don't have the money and I don't want my pay garnish because I don't make that much. Who can I call.
