I payed the mortgage on a home for someone as a loan for 6 months. She agreed to put me on the title as security. After the 6 months she no longer accepts my calls and has not started to pay back the loan. I have a signed document spelling out what would happen if she was unable to continue paying her mortgage. She agreed to move out in the agreement but of course she is not willing to move out. I also never got put on the deed.
Can I put a lean on the property? Are there any other options available?
