Can a picture of a used or new item with the registered/trademarked logo of the item be in the background. The item is selling on eBay. The item is a genuine product of the registered owner. The picture is original but has a cut out of an envelope that had the logo on it with the item sitting on top of it. The picture also has the sellers business name on it.
