Looking for law regarding online doctor consultations

What forum should this be placed in? I'm in the state of FL

Much like Law one cannot practice medicine without a license in that state. Therefore giving medical advice over the interenet if Doctor (alledged) is in FL but person asking is in GA would be technically illegal
