I was recently promoted to a position in the company that is pretty high up from my original position. When the company's CEO informed my supervisor of my promotion she became very upset and I could feel her tension towards me. I began my traing two weeks ago. Since I am only in training I still have to cover my old position at times. Each time that I do go back to my old position, again, I feel the tension, anger, etc. from my supervisor. This past week I posted a bulliten on my "Myspace" page stating that I had a long day work, was frustrated and needed a drink. The drink comment was a figure of speech. The next day our office manager called me into his office to inform me that my supervisor had written me up for what I had posted on the website. She printed a copy and everything. I was also informed that the heads of the company are now questioning my turst, loyalty and dependancy of alcohol. Because of that I have since lost my promotion. I have to now "regain my trust" and show that I am "loyal" to the company.
I believe that my supervisor has commited slander and defaced my character which has affected my work. She was upset that I"d be moving up and getting aposition above her and made this matter personal. What should I do and what is wrong or illegal in this situation?

No, this is not slander. It is a misunderstanding caused by your own understandable but ill-judged comment. Nothing you have posted is illegal.
