my brother (who is also 1 of 2 executors of the estate) purchased a vehichle from my fathers estate. he then sold the vehichle for less than what he purchased it for. when the moneys were distributed from the estate to my sister and I,he had deducted his loss on the sale of this vehicle from our inheritance. is this legal?
