Lower my Texas Child Support

How can I Lower my Child Support payments and is there anything to do about back support payment that i have not made but I was unemployed

You still owe the support, it does not go away because you are unemployed.

Payments are based on your income and what you are capable of making. If you are unemployed , or not able to secure a job making what you made, it is possible you migth qualify for a decrease. You can contact CSE to see if they can help you.
