Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication M.I.P. in Washington State, Questions

My name is Ian I am 18 years old and last week during spring break I and a buddy of mine who is also 18 got some beer and hung out for a while with other friends but i was the Designated driver. Later that night we were headed back to town so i could drop off my friend and i was pulled over by a local cop that i know personally. he stopped my car for speeding but he suspected there was beer in the car so he looked in the back seat and found it. I passed the breathalizer and my friend blew a .035 and we were both issued non-traffic MIP's as a sort of break because he knew us. I do not have a very clean driving record prior to this offence: 2 speeding tickets, one seatbelt ticket and a hit and run charge but this all happened before i turned 18 also i lost my liscence for 6 months due to the speeding tickets. But now i am just curious if i could lose my liscence again for this infraction and if so for how long, and also is it possible to request alternative punishment because my job requires a lot of driving. Another factor to this is that other friends of mine have recieved Mip's before they turned 18 and they managed to keep their liscence. I would appreciate any help to my cituation, thanks
