friend was told he was father for 4 years, would give mother what ever she asked for when she called. and he also picked up the child from the time of birth. Now mother is in all kinds of trouble with the law and friend decided to do dna test last time he has pick up the child for a 3 week visit, because of his wife. the test came back not possible. Could he ask courts for visitations, because of the bond that him the child have.

He could ask.
Highly unlikely as he has no legal standing to be in the child's life.

Even if they have bonded and he is the only thing he knows as a dad. He screams for him when he gets out of his sight, clings to him all the time.
If the courts are for the best interest of the child, why would they ripe this childs heart out by taking this person out of his life because his mother lied.

Because he's not a legal parent to the child.

If he wanted that status, or conversely to avoid the situation completely, there were remedies available.

He's put himself in this position.

I do have a question though - who had the DNA test done?

I'm wondering, just wondering, if the legal stranger did this without Mom's knowledge or consent.

Given that in some places, that would be completely wrongful....
