My partner's ex-wife contacted our dentist's office, and by claiming that my partner was her son, convinced the office assistant to change our mailing address to her mailing address. Subsequently, the dental office sent our notices to her home until we found out about the change in address and had this stopped. Is my partner's ex-wife guilty of mail fraud? And if so, what civil actions can I initiate in conjunction with turning her over to the postal service for criminal mail fraud charges?

The postal inspectors won't touch this.

All you have is a she said, she said.

An anonymous phone call is made. An alleged address change made, nothing in writing to support the change.

How is the postal inspector to know WHO made the call? Heck, you might have made the call, pretending to be her, to implicate her in some mess.

Keep trying. We answered this a few weeks ago. Why waste time asking the same question? If you have proof, take it to the authorities. Remember, when monkeys start slinging poo, other monkeys are inspired to sling it back!!
