Maintenance/Alimony

I am in Illinois, have been married for 12 years and am divorcing someone who already receives Social Security Disability. Her income is in the mid teens. My income is in the low 30's. How likely is it that they would be awarded permanent maintenance if I contested the divorce?

That's impossible to guess without knowing your state, how long you've been married, your incomes, and perhaps a few other factors.
