Management Problems

The lady who manages NOT owns our house is lying. She came to our house and put a For Lease sign in our front yard without any notice and now is telling people that we TOLD her we would be out by the 15th of THIS month and our house will be available by the 1st of Nov. We NEVER even talked to her. Can she legally do any of this? Also can she enter our house and/or show it without prior notice and/or our permission? If you don't know the answers to these questions do you know someone who might??? Thanks for your help!!

Check your lease agreement. Also, address the issue of the vacancy by the 1st with the landlord to clarify why you are supposedly leaving the property by then.
