I started working for this particular organization in April. I started to notice the difference in my hours worked back in August. Some of my co-workers have complained about the same issue but have yet to approach upper management out of fear of retaliation. I've been documenting my time and taking some pictures of the time clock. Our payroll ended yesterday and my hours worked was changed completely. For example, I worked from 6:29AM-2:34PM on 11/14. However, they changed my time to 8:59AM-2:34PM yesterday. Can they legally change your hours worked if your clock-in/out time doesn't match the schedule? Due to increasing demands, my supervisor gave me permission to work the 6:30am-2:30pm shift instead of the 7:00am-3:00pm shift. Also, when I followed the posted schedule(7:00am-3:00pm shift), my hours were being changed to 7:00am-2:30pm). What do you recommend I do?

I suggest you seek new employment ASAP.
Its never wise to work for unscrupulous, dishonest people.
Get out as fast as you can.
Its just not worth the hassle or trouble to file and pursue a wage claim.

If you do wish to pursue a wage claim, this is where you start that process:

First talk to your employer. If that doesn't work, file a wage claim with your state's DOL. If you are a non-exempt employee (seems you are), you need to be paid for all hours/time actually worked.

Start with asking your supervisor or whomever is responsible for the time clock. Could be a problem with the clock, or the person processing the hours didn't know you really worked the times you did.
