Good Day,
I have case of divorce in Mobile Al w ere i wasent able to defent myself due to i am living ina a diferent country.
In the divorce case was staned that my 8 year old doughtehr would have to be avaleble to speak with his father on twesdays and trhusdays at 5 pm.
She has the school practice of choire and trak on this days since the school can't acodate to her Dads phone calls.
This has brought so much stress to her and the psycologist say she would be calling her father when she feels like to do that.
how i can help my doughther since my exhusband is totallynegative and keep presureme that he is going to take my chlid away . also he hasend send the chlid support according to the divorce document.
What can i do?
I had ahire and attornetty ina labama who stole the money and then i has to hire anotherone who didnt consult with me the terms of the divorce.
is there any laws to make the right of a human been be respected?

You must obey the court order; if the order says you must have your child available to speak with her father, then you must have her available.

Period.

If you want to challenge this you will have to file a petition in court to modify the current order.
