many wrong things

My jurisdiction is: arkansas

i've been working for a certain company for about 10 years.Recently, i became a manager.The General Manager of my store is there maybe to days out of the week.She is required to work atleast 40 hours a week.I am forced to make up for her work.The general manager of the store and the district manager are girlfriend and boyfriend which is against company policy.They live within 5 miles of each other but they put different addresses on paper so the company won't find out. She has different cast members clock her in when she is not there. She mistreats me at work and doesn't pay me what my review form says.Whenever we have monthly adudits me and the other manager does all the work.During these audits she recieves bonuses.They take vacations together ride in the same car ect. She curses at us and never tells us how good we are.i've seen her threaten and fire people who have learned about the illegal things she is doing.She has even called HR and gotten people fired. The crazy part is we train most of the management that comes through the company. Someone has contacted HR once but nothing was done because her boyfriend(the district manager) helps conduct the investigation.Every week we have to pay bills which she is in charge of doing. But recently she didn't pay the bills which made her bonus even bigger.( we turn in all bills on mondays to the company but if we don't pay certain ones the company still functions do to contracts).I have even seen her take money out of the company safe and pay it back when she gets paid.One time she did it and wrote me up and told the auditer that i did it so she would get in trouble. Certain departments have set budgets but she under cuts them and keeps the money.
she owes the other manager about 1000 dollar( for working on the clock) ,but the district manager can control the time cards and edit peoples time. My question is this: Who should i contact to make all this stop? I like the company but don't wanna get fired nor do i want them to find out.how can a prove all of this without them finding out. ( We have id numbers so when we log into the system it leave a trail of who was on the computer at what time).
 
This is entirely an internal matter. It's up to the employer to decide what, if any, action to take against her.
