My wife has been secretly planning to divorce me with her ex-boyfriend. I have abused marijuana daily for years and we have 2 small children. I stopped immediately and offered to submit to drug screen and abuse classes anything for a chance to keep our family together. She is not interested, for she has made plans with her ex. If she's already aware of your usage and has been fine with it in the past, it will be very difficult for her to hold that against you in court.

You still have a right to ask for joint custody and to keep the kids in state. Does mom want to move with the kids? You need an attorney.
