My husband was pulled over for speeding, they searched his car, I had a pipe a grinder and some baggies and seeds, they are saying he had intent to sell an had it on him, I know for a fact that there was none in it being my stuff.... What can I do?

There is nothing for you to do.
Intent to sell will likely require more evidence, but they can certainly get him for possession of paraphernalia.... depending on your state's laws.
Here in CA this would only result in a citation at best!
