I was pulled over for speeding and admitted to the cops that there was a joint in my car, so they charged me with possesion of marijuana and cited me for a speeding ticket (16 mph over). Both of these charges represent my first offense so I was wondering how I should plead. Should I plead guilty for the possesion violation and not guilty for speeding in hopes of getting it reduced?
