Not without permission of your parents, legal guardian, a judge or all of the above. There is NO state where a 16 year old can get married without permission; whose permission is needed depends on your state.

No. It will not happen. Ever. The state (no matter which one you are in...(which we don't know because you neglected to provide it)...will NEVER consent to a ward (you) leaving their care to marry her adult BF. But depending on the state they may decide to issue a restraining order to keep the adult away from the LEGAL child (you).

Finish school. Go to college. Establish yourself as a INDEPENDENT WOMAN. Meet nice guy who is educated and established as an INDEPENDENT MAN. Get to know him for a while. THEN consider marriage.

Trust me...Your life will end up so much happier if you follow the above steps.
