I need advice about marriage annulment. I am EU citizen. I've been married since January 2008 with Albanian guy. I have lived here in UK and he'd lived in his country from the marriage and then he relocated to my country. I broke up with with him before 1 month because I couldn't stand anymore the separation and the differences between us. He called me two times since the break up and he was threatening me he will send somebody to me.
I don't know where he is now. I can't get in touch with him. He can't come to UK legally. But I would like to know if it's possible to annul the marriage or get divorced without his presence?
