got married in 05, left him for his abusive ways, lazy ways, unfaithful ways, never defended me when his family bullied me, and i was the only one working and going to school. we have a daughter together. she is the only reason we have that he would fight in a court room. no properties. nothing with either of our names together while we were together.
now (2 years later) im with someone (been together for 10 months) first relationshiip since i left my husband. im pregnant and i heard that my husband's name is the name that is going to appear on my baby's birth certificate. Is that true? what if i dont even know anything about my husband. i have tried to get divorced but its been very difficult because i am the one that has to put in for it and i cant afford it. i have been going to school and paying my rents getting my bills paid..etc. by myself with a little bit of help from my mom...its been difficult for me.
SO WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THE BABY BIRTH CERTIFICATE THING?i dont want my husband's anything on it. The person im with right now is very responsible and has been a father emotionally and financially for my daughter that i had with my husband. my daughter doesn't even know who her father is.
im hoping to get my divorce by next year. WILL IT BE HARD FOR ME TO KEEP MY DAUGHTER AND NOT LET HIM HAVE ANY TYPE OF VISITAITON? he has tried to kidknapp her 2 times. and has tried to end my life. i have proof.
