Married to 2 people

I was married for 7 years in Nevada and separated for 2 years now.Not being in the right frame of mind,I married someone else in the state of California.Is the 2nd marriage legal and do I need to get a divorce from the 2nd person to get my ss# changed back to my real married name,and also my DL?
