My husband has two adult children from a previous marriage. Our home is in his name only and I recently found out that he failed to report the marriage to his retirement board. We hold no joint accounts and have no children. Due to recently finding out that he neglected to tell the retirement board about the marriage, I am now concerned about the position I will be in in the event of something happening to him. I have no idea if there is a will or trust that would exclude me from anything or of being displaced.
