My step daughters father has been charged and indicted on 8 felony counts, these include 2 counts of attempted murder in the 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon, 2nd degree, menacing, 2nd degree, assault in the
1st degree, armed felony and 4 counts of armed felony. I was wondering what the possible sentence could be, minimum and maximum, if he is convicted on all counts, which hje probably will be because they have him on multiple cameras commiting the crimes and while in jail now he has been bragging about his crimes, which they have on video and audio, and is showing no remorse whatsoever. He has no prior record that I know of. He took a shot at his uncle and shot a man he didn't know multiple times, but the man lived. Thank you for your consideration.

Of course the sentencing guidelines are different in every state in my state the maximum for a simple assault(2nd degree) misdemeanor is 15 years. he could be facing life with all those charges. It is totally at the discretion of the judge & the sentencing guidleines for your state. the judge could give him the miximum & even make it concurrent or consecutive for each count convicted on.
