Our X Landlord Took Us To Court For $ He Said We Did Not Pay But We Did We Just Did Not Have Reciepts Cause We Lived There For 7 Years The Magistrate Put Judgement On Us X Landlord Wanted 2700.00 But Judge Awarded Him 1200.00 Plus 99.00 Court Fee. The Only Problem Is The Court Sent A Paper To Me And One To My Fiancee The X Landlord Got An Attorney And They Took It Down Town Saying It Was 2 Fees Of 1299.00 But The Magistrate Wont Give Me Paper Stating That It Was One Fee, They Said It Was One Fee But Cant Send Me That Kind Of Letter, Now That The Judge Downtown Said It Was 2 Fees Cause We Dont Have Proof Its One Fee For The Two Of Us To Pay Jointly It Is On Our Credit. Do You Know Anyway To Get Me Proof That My Papers Of Judgement Are As Said On Them .?
