My husband bought me tires last friday. We split up over the weekend. Now he said he is going to put a stop pay on the check. He siad he will tell the shop where I work and all my numbers. So they can put a mechanics lean on me. He said that they will beable to come get my truck.
I thought seems he wrote the check, from his account. I am not on the account at all. I think it will fall on his back. No matter if the tires are on my truck.
