Can anyone help me understand my options:
The supplier(sub-contractor) has filed 2 mechanics leins for the same project 1 month apart and is now foreclosing on me , the homeowner.
The law suit contains the earlier lein (1/18/08) and was filed CA superior ct May 23 (within the 90 days of the 2nd lein) but the law suit contains the Janurary lein.
Can I get the suit dismissed?
