How do i go about getting something mediated? I need my ex & I to sit down w/ a mediator to discuss our daughters high school future.

I don't know the specific rules in your jurisdiction, but many courts require mediation before litigation in family matters. I'd check with your state website or court clerk for starters, they may be able to point you in the right direction. If you don't have a law requiring it, mediation usually requires both parties to agree to mediate, so your wife will have to be willing to come to the table.

I'd do what dee_dub suggested. A lot of courts have mandatory mediation they require parents before an actual court hearing whenever a motion is filed. Or, you can try to get her to agree to a private mediator, but you will probably have to foot the bill and it can be expensive.
